Refund and Returns Policy

1. Order Confirmation and Cancellation
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have reviewed your order details, including selected items, quantities, and delivery information.
Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been processed, it is deemed final and binding.
Accordingly, no cancellation, modification, or alteration of the order shall be permitted under any circumstances.
Customers are therefore advised to exercise due care and diligence prior to confirming their order.
2. Refund Eligibility
All food products are freshly prepared upon order placement. As such, the store maintains a strict no refund and no return policy once an order has been confirmed and is under preparation or has been delivered.
However, refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of the store management under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

Delivery of an incorrect item not corresponding to the order placed;

Missing items within the delivered order;

Material quality or safety concerns with respect to the delivered food item(s).
The determination of whether a refund is warranted shall rest entirely with the store, and the customer agrees to abide by such determination.
3. Procedure for Requesting a Refund
In the event that a customer believes a refund request is justified under the above conditions, they must notify the store within two (2) hours of order delivery by contacting:

Such communication must include:

The customer’s full name and order number;

The date and time of order placement and delivery;

A clear description of the issue encountered; and

Supporting evidence (such as photographs or delivery receipt).
The store shall review the request and provide a written response within two (2) business days of receipt.
4. Refund Method and Timeline
If a refund is approved by the store, it will be processed through the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
Refunds may take up to five (5) to seven (7) business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the policies of the respective financial institution.
5. Store’s Right to Final Decision
The store reserves the absolute right to determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.
All decisions made by the store management in relation to refunds, returns, or exchanges shall be final, binding, and not subject to further dispute or appeal.
6. Governing Law
This Refund and Returns Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Delhi/ NCR Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
