By submitting these details, you authorize us to use such information for purposes directly related to your order — including order confirmation, processing, and delivery communication.
Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in delays, failed deliveries, or the inability to process your order. In such cases, the store shall not be held responsible for any resulting loss or inconvenience.
Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email and/or telephone notification from our team confirming the delivery details.
3. Availability of Products
All orders are subject to product availability. While we strive to maintain real-time stock accuracy, situations may arise where certain products become unavailable after your order has been placed.
In such instances:
- We reserve the right to provide information about substitute products of equal or superior quality and value; or
- If you choose not to accept the substitute products, we will initiate a full refund for any amounts already paid.
For the purpose of this policy, “delivery” shall be deemed completed once you, or a third party designated by you, have acquired physical possession of the goods.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are accurate and current. However, typographical or technical errors may occur.
If we identify an error in the price of any product you have ordered:

- You will be given the option to either confirm your order at the corrected price or cancel the order;
- If we are unable to contact you, your order will be deemed cancelled, and any amount paid will be refunded in full.
All payments must be made using the available payment methods listed on our website. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.
5. Delivery Timelines
We strive to ensure that all orders are delivered within the time frames indicated at checkout. However, delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The store shall not be held liable for any delays that are reasonable and beyond our control. For approximate expectations, you can consider 30 mins for food preparation + the time taken to travel from Gurugram Sector 67 to your place through a cab / courier delivery service.
6. Delivery Completion
Delivery shall be deemed successfully completed once the order has been delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase, or to any third party authorized by the customer to receive the order.
Once delivered, the store assumes no further liability for the order.
7. Governing Law
This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Delhi/NCR Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
